You choose where your order ships in your bag. The cost is shown there and again at checkout.

When it ships

Orders ship within 1–3 business days in the signature black box, and tracking comes by email as soon as yours is on its way. If we can’t ship your order in that time, we’ll email you with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Worldwide orders

Customs duties, import taxes and any shipping fees inside your own country are not included in the $20 and are paid by you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package never arrived, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
